Overview

The Emirates News Agency (WAM) is the official media voice of the United Arab Emirates. This means that it is the official and trusted source for all news about UAE. WAM has many departments, starts from attending events and taking videos & photos, to writing the news in a correct Arabic way without spelling or word mistakes to publish it.
News from WAM is broadcast in many different languages, such as: Arabic, English, Spanish, French, Chinese, Portuguese, Urdu, Russian and Hebrew. The agency publishes a large amount of news every day. So, they deal carefully with everything they report. They always use a formal language without using emotional words or showing sympathy toward one side over another.
The agency has many relationships and partnerships with international news agencies. In addition, many well-known international TV news channels and newspapers have strong relations with WAM. The Emirates News Agency is considered a safe and reliable source of news for our society in UAE.
